A man in his 70s was taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a single-vehicle crash at Nanango on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Mill Flat Road at 12:53pm after a vehicle went into a ditch.
A QAS spokesperson said the patient had back and shoulder pain and was transported by ambulance in a stable condition.

The Queensland Fire Department issued smoke warnings on Wednesday for fires burning in the Benarkin and Wattle Grove areas.
The Benarkin smoke was coming from a hazard reduction burn by the Queensland Parks & Wildlife Service in the Benarkin State Forest.
The Wattle Grove fire was burning near Wooden Hut Road but by 2:20pm, the fire had been contained.
