A young girl was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital after an incident at Boondooma Dam on Sunday morning.
A QAS spokesperson said the primary school-aged girl suffered suspected neck and hip injuries when she fell from a tree.
She was flown out by a rescue helicopter in a stable condition.

A woman aged in her 30s was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after a riding accident Benarkin North on Sunday evening.
Emergency services were called at 5:55pm to the private property after reports a woman had fallen from a horse.
A QAS spokesperson said the woman suffered a head injury and was transported in a stable condition.

A motorcycle rider aged in his 30s suffered arm and leg injuries when he crashed into a parked car north of Goomeri on Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred at the corner of Tierney Road and the Burnett Highway about 1:45pm.
He was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital.

A teenage boy suffered minor injuries when he fell from a pushbike in Kingaroy on Sunday afternoon.
An ambulance was called to the intersection of Fisher and Haly streets about 2:35pm.
A QAS spokesperson said the teenager had a potential leg injury.

The Queensland Fire Department issued a “Stay Informed” bushfire advice alert to residents in the Blackbutt and Blackbutt North areas on Saturday afternoon.
The alert, at 1:22pm, warned that a fire was burning near Greenhills Drive and moving towards Bowman Road, however no properties were at risk.

A man was taken by ambulance to hospital after his vehicle left the road and hit a tree at Sandy Ridges on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash, at the corner of the Burnett Highway and Gentry Road, just after 9:00pm.
The man was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
