Two people were taken by ambulance to hospital after a vehicle rolled on the Wide Bay Highway late on Monday night.
Emergency services were called to the incident near Goomeri at 12:08am.
A QAS spokesperson said the patients – one with shoulder pain – were taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
