An 18-year-old Kingaroy man has died after being struck by a vehicle near Mt McEuen on Saturday morning.
A police spokesperson said initial investigations indicated a Toyota Hilux was travelling on Wondai-Proston Road when it struck a man lying on the roadway.
Emergency services were called to the incident at 6:19am.
The man suffered critical leg, head and chest injuries and died at the scene.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations into the circumstances of the incident are under way.
