Police are investigating an attempted carjacking in Wondai on Thursday night
A police spokesperson said initial information indicates about 6:30pm three people approached two women who were in a vehicle on Baynes Street.
The trio attempted to steal the vehicle, however, were unsuccessful and fled the scene.
No one was physically injured.
Investigations are continuing.
