A woman aged in her 40s was taken to hospital after her vehicle ran off the highway and crashed at South Nanango in the early hours of Thursday.
A QAS spokesperson said the incident occurred near Kiehne Road.
Emergency services were called just before 2:00am.
The woman, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
