A man aged in his 60s was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after a single-vehicle crash near Okeden on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to Melrose Pump Station Road about 6:45pm.
A sporting event has been taking place in the area over the past few days.
A QAS spokesperson said the man had back pain and was transported by ambulance in a stable condition.
