Three people were taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree at Byee on Sunday evening.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Silverleaf Road and Byee Road about 6:45pm.
A QAS spokesperson said a woman in her 20s was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with head injuries.
Two other people, a man in his 20s and a teenage girl, were also taken to Kingaroy Hospital for assessment.

A rescue helicopter landed at Benarkin North on Monday morning after a second incident in the South Burnett involving a car fire.
Emergency services were called about 11:45am after reports a vehicle was on fire on McLaughlan Road.
A woman was flown to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with significant burns.
