UPDATE: A 45-year-old woman reported missing while travelling on a motorcycle between Goondiwindi and Gayndah has been located deceased.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a possible crash site on the Leichhardt Highway.
No further information is available.
EARLIER February 15:
Police are asking motorists travelling between Goondiwindi and Gayndah for assistance to help locate a missing 45-year-old woman.
The woman has been missing since February 14 and is believed to have last been travelling between Goondiwindi and Gayndah on a Black Yamaha motorcycle with NSW registration MZN-96.
Police are appealing to the woman, or anyone with information about her whereabouts or signs of a motorcycle accident between those locations to immediately contact police.
