A young boy suffered serious injuries in a fall at Wattle Camp on Sunday evening.
A QAS spokesperson said the primary school-aged boy suffered significant abdominal and back injuries.
He was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
The spokesperson said the boy reportedly fell three metres on a private property.
Emergency services were called about 6:45pm.

A man aged in his 40s was taken to Kingaroy Hospital with suspected head injuries after a motorcycle crash at Wattle Camp early on Thursday morning.
Emergency services were called to Memerambi-Barkers Creek Road at 3:25am.
