A man aged in his 40s suffered suspected head and chest injuries when a truck went down an embankment at Sandy Ridges on Saturday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the Bunya Highway about 6:40am.
A QAS spokesperson said the man was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.

A woman aged in her 20s was taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a single-vehicle rollover on the Bunya Highway on Sunday.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection with Memerambi Cemetery Road at Memerambi just after noon.
The woman suffered minor lacerations and bruises.
