A man, aged in his 70s, was taken to Kingaroy Hospital after an incident involving a horse at Taabinga on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the private property about 5:15am.
A QAS spokesperson said the man suffered a head injury.
He was transported by ambulance in a stable condition.
