A woman, aged in her 30s, was taken to Kingaroy Hospital with lacerations to her foot after a house fire at East Nanango in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the blaze, on Bullcamp Road, about 3:40am.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesperson said the building was well involved in flames when fire crews arrived.
Three urban and one rural brigade attended the incident.
The spokesperson said all occupants of the house were quickly accounted for.
The fire was contained by 4:45am and extinguished by 5:00am, although crews remained on scene for some time dampening down.
The area was declared safe about 9:30am.
Police and fire investigators returned later in the morning in a bid to determine the cause of the fire.
The spokesperson said, at this stage, the cause was unknown but it appeared to have started outside the building.
