Ticket sales have opened for the 2024 Red Earth Community Forum which will be held in Murgon on August 1.
Forum organisers aim to attract people eager to become “a catalyst for change” in the Burnett.
Attendees will be “inspired by local champions and global experts” including, keynote speaker Paul Ryan, director of the Australian Resilience Centre
It will also be an opportunity to collaborate and network with people dedicated to the growth and development of the local community.
The forum will run from 8:00am to 5:00pm on August 1 at the South Burnett PCYC in Macalister Street, Murgon.
The theme is: “Resilience as an Ecosystem: A resilient ecosystem withstands disturbances, retains its core functions, and adapts to changing conditions.”
Tickets are $65, which includes lunch and morning and afternoon tea, and can be bought on the Red Earth website
Ticket sales close at 5:00pm on July 26.
