Two people were taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a crash on Kingaroy-Barkers Creek Road at Booie on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near Radunzs Road, about 3:40pm.
A QAS spokesperson said a man suffered a minor injuries, while a woman suffered serious head and chest injuries.

A woman was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition on Sunday night after a single-vehicle crash at Wattle Camp.
The incident occurred on Memerambi-Barkers Creek Road about 6:15pm.

A patient was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital by helicopter in a serious condition following a horse riding incident on a private property at Coominya on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called about 11:00am.

Police are appealing for public assistance following an incident at Moffatdale, on Sunday, June 9.
Between 8:30pm and 10:00pm, an unknown vehicle struck an Ergon Energy transformer on Cabernet Close, Moffatdale, causing damage and loss of power to a number of homes.
Witnesses or anyone with information have been asked to contact police.
