Police are investigating a bizarre incident at Booie on Thursday night which ended up with 21-year-old man dying from critical injuries.
A police spokesperson said a 21-year-old Nanango man arrived at a private property about 11:30pm.
While he was driving out, his vehicle struck a fence pole.
Police found the man unconscious and trapped inside his vehicle.
The spokesperson said CPR was begun and the man was transported to Kingaroy Hospital where he later died.
The man is not known to the occupants of the property.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV from the area around the time of the incident have been urged to come forward.
