Zac Smith and Jayda Reimers are looking forward to representing the Murgon Show Society at its upcoming Centenary Show on March 15-16.

Zac was appointed Murgon’s 2024 Rural Ambassador and Jayda was sashed 2024 Murgon Miss Showgirl during a wine and cheese evening at Murgon PCYC on Saturday night.

Also sashed were Mrs Murgon Rachel Jolly, Miss Murgon Megan Irvine, Miss Junior Showgirl Chloe Sippel and Junior Princesses Summer Sander, Lily Keim and Ruby Hockey.

The relaxed evening allowed Show Society supporters to unwind ahead of what is likely to be a busy couple of weeks.

The Centenary Show kicks off on Friday (March 15)  with the Young Judges competitions in the afternoon followed with a night rodeo from 5:00pm-9:00pm.  

The main show day is the Saturday (March 16) .

People who pay to attend the rodeo will get free entry on Saturday (but keep your wristband!)
