Paramedics were called to a motorcycle crash on the Bunya Highway at Taabinga on Sunday evening.
A QAS spokesperson said a man was injured when his bike crashed into a ditch.
Emergency services were called to the incident at 6:18pm.
The rider was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.

Fire crews were called to reports a shed was on fire at Benair just after noon on Sunday.
Both urban and rural crews responded to the incident, on Kumbia-Minmore Road.
The blaze is believed to have started by a hot mower.
