A 15-year-old Kingaroy boy is one of four teenagers charged after they were arrested by police in an allegedly stolen vehicle earlier this week.
A grey Volkswagen Tiguan, allegedly stolen from a house in Kingaroy on Monday, was spotted by police on Caboolture River Road, Morayfield, about noon on Tuesday.
The police helicopter tracked the vehicle for some time before it was dumped on Lomanda Drive.
Four people got out and were picked up by a Holden Commodore, which was then driven to Dundee Street.
Police attended the address shortly afterwards and took the four alleged occupants into custody without incident.
A 15-year-old Kingaroy boy has been charged with 19 offences, including unlawful use of a motor vehicle (publish on social media), unlawful use of a motor vehicle, enter dwelling and commit, and wilful damage.
A 14-year-old Morayfield boy was charged with 15 offences, including unlawful use of a motor vehicle, enter dwelling and commit, and receiving tainted property.
A 15-year-old Caboolture girl was charged with eight offences, including unlawful use of a motor vehicle (publish on social media), stealing and fraud.
A 14-year-old North Lakes boy was charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of wilful damage.
All four were refused police bail and were scheduled to appear in Caboolture Children’s Court on Wednesday.
