An elderly man has suffered serious injuries in a quad bike rollover at Wattle Grove.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near the intersection of Kumbia-Minmore Road and Wooden Hut Road, just after 6:00am on Wednesday.
A QAS spokesperson said the man, aged in his 70s, was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a serious condition with chest and back injuries.
This is the second quad bike incident to have occurred in the South Burnett within days.
On Sunday morning, a woman suffered a shoulder injury when a quad bike rolled at Boyneside.
