Two people were fined a total of $3500 in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Thursday on charges linked to an alleged altercation at T.J. O’Neill Oval in Kingaroy on September 2.
The incident allegedly occurred after the 2023 South Burnett Rugby League grand final.
Jade James Smallwood had faced a charge of affray.
This was withdrawn and replaced with one count of public nuisance.
He was fined $1000.
Natasha Rose Smallwood had been charged with affray, common assault and trespass.
The affray charge was withdrawn and replaced with one count of public nuisance.
She was fined $500 for trespass, $1000 for common assault and $1000 for public nuisance.
Charges against Ashley Lance Smallwood were adjourned to February 9 for mention.
He has been charged with grievous bodily harm, affray and three counts of common assault.
