A 16-year-old Cherbourg girl was charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle after a ute was stolen in Murgon on October 18.
The vehicle was taken from a home in Chataway Street about 3:20am.
The teenager was dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
Investigations into the burglary are continuing.

Police are investigating an attempted burglary at an address in Goodchild Drive, Murgon, between 10:00pm on October 17 and 5:00am on October 18.
The would-be thieves cut the security screen of a door in an attempt to gain entry however were unsuccessful.

The occupants of a house in Grant Street, Wondai, foiled an attempted break-in on October 18.
Police are investigating the attempted burglary which occurred about 10:15pm.
The offenders attempted to break in by damaging a window screen but were disturbed by the occupants and fled.

Vandals smashed a glass door at Cherbourg Hospital about 12:20am on October 20.
A number of rocks were thrown at the door, causing it to shatter.
