A woman aged in her 60s was taken to hospital after a single-vehicle crash at Tarong on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Kingaroy-Cooyar Road about 2:50pm.
A QAS spokesperson said a vehicle had left the road and hit a tree.
The woman was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition wuth a suspected chest injury.
