The man faces two counts each of drive unregistered vehicle, drive uninsured vehicle, demerit point suspended and false plates attached, and one count of obstructing police.
He is due to appear in Gympie Magistrates Count on September 21.
A second man, an 18-year-old from Bundaberg West who has been living in Gympie recently, faces three counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, wilful damage, wilfully drive vehicle causing smoke, drive while disqualified, drive unregistered vehicle, drive uninsured vehicle and drive with false plates.
He was expected to appear in Gympie Magistrates Count on Monday.
The arrests were part of Operation Victor Coriolis.
Police officers executed five search warrants at addresses in Gympie on Saturday and allegedly located cloned number plates, clothing, phones and a vehicle.
Police will allege the two men, who are known to each other, posted videos of hooning activity on social media.
These videos along with information from the public formed part of police investigations, which remain ongoing.
