A woman was airlifted to hospital after falling from a horse at Kumbia on Wednesday afternoon.
A QAS spokesperson said the incident occurred on a property near the Bunya Highway just before 1:00pm.
The woman suffered facial and limb injuries in the incident.
She was flown by helicopter to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane in a stable condition.
