As part of Small Business Month, the Department of State Development will be holding a Capability Statement writing workshop in Kingaroy to help businesses market their products and services.
The workshop will be held at the Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Hub in Kingaroy Street.
An effective capability statement allows procurement teams to assess a business’ expertise and achievements, as well as its potential to deliver goods and services.
The workshop will cover:
- Why a capability statement is important,
- How to use a capability statement to market a product or service,
- How to use a capability statement to accompany contract tender submissions,
- Best-practice fundamentals for developing and drafting a capability statement, and
- How to access the latest information on Queensland’s supply chain opportunities.
The workshop will be held from 5:15pm to 9:00pm on Thursday, May 25.
The cost is $50.00 (inc GST).
