“Seqwater Next Generation Program is a fantastic entry-level gateway to a rewarding career in the water industry,” Water Minister Glenn Butcher said.

“The traineeship program provides structured support and training opportunities for water industry-specific qualifications, with no former experience required, just an eagerness to learn, a commitment to put safety first and to work together to deliver vital services for the south-east Queensland community.”

Seqwater spokesperson Melissa Williams encouraged applicants to apply before April 2.

“Whether you’re a recent school leaver, or you’re later in life and looking for a career change, we’re excited to hear from you,” she said.
