An elderly woman was taken to Kingaroy Hospital for treatment after she was bitten by a snake at Wattle Grove on Monday morning.
QAS paramedics were called to the private property about 4:00am.
A spokesperson said the woman, in her 80s, had been bitten on the hand.
She was transported by ambulance in a stable condition.
