A man, aged in his 50s, had to be cut free from his vehicle after a two vehicles collided on the Bunya Highway near Memerambi on Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident about 4:00pm.
The injured man was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a serious but stable condition with suspected neck and abdominal injuries.
Two other people, a woman aged in her 20s and a teenage girl, were also taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.

Earlier on Tuesday, QAS paramedics were called just before noon to a private residence in Crawford after reports a person had fallen from a ladder.
The injured person was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
