A learner driver – and his supervisor – have both allegedly tested positive for drugs when stopped by police in Kingaroy on Sunday morning.
A Highway Patrol officer pulled over the vehicle in Kingaroy Street.
The driver, a 23-year-old Kingaroy man, and his supervisor, also aged 23, were both drug-tested and allegedly found to have a relevant drug in their saliva.
Both have been issued with a notice to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 24.
