A woman aged in her 30s was flown by rescue helicopter to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane after a serious paragliding accident at Wondai Airport on Saturday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident about 11:30am.
The woman suffered leg and pelvis injuries when she reportedly fell about 15 metres.
She was transported in a serious but stable condition.

Two people were flown to hospital by separate helicopters after separate motorcycle crashes at Manar Park off-road track, near Boondooma, on Saturday afternoon.
A QAS spokesperson said one rider was flown to Bundaberg Hospital while the second was flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
Emergency services were called to the incidents about 12:30pm.

Proston Show Society president Mortimer Duff was lucky to escape serious injury in a single-vehicle rollover on the Proston-Boondooma Road at Boondooma on Saturday.
Mr Duff was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after the incident and later released.

QAS paramedics were called to a single-vehicle rollover reported on the Burnett Highway near Gayndah about 9:15pm on Sunday.
A man in his 20s suffered minor injuries and was transported in a stable condition to Gayndah Hospital.

Four people were assessed by paramedics after a house fire just before 8:00pm on Saturday in East Street, Esk.
Three people suffering smoke inhalation was transported in a stable condition to Esk Hospital.
