Two patients were transported to Kingaroy Hospital in stable conditions after their vehicle hit a tree on Wednesday.
The single-vehicle crash occurred near the corner of Booie Road and Coolabunia Malar Road north-west of Glan Devon.
QAS reported that the crash occurred at about 1:47pm on Wednesday.
No further details are known at this stage.
