A rescue helicopter was requested after a single-vehicle crash near Durong on Friday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident, on Chinchilla-Wondai Road near Ridge Road, about 2:20pm.
At 4:00pm, QAS paramedics were treating a single patient at the scene, a man aged in his 20s.
No further information was available.
UPDATE: The injured man has been flown in a serious condition to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital by an RACQ LifeFlight helicopter.

A woman aged in her 20s was transported to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries after a crash on Friday morning at Lower Wonga.
Emergency services were called to Gympie-Woolooga Road, near Harvey Road, about 8:40am.

Two people were assessed by paramedics at the scene and then transported to Murgon Hospital in a stable condition after a traffic incident in Lamb Street, Murgon, on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were called at 4:50pm.
One of the patients was a man aged in his 60s; the age and gender of the second patient is not known.
