UPDATE: Police have located Barry safe.
Police are asking for public assistance to help locate 59-year-old Barry Smith who has been missing from South Nanango since Saturday night.
Barry was last seen near Embrey Road, South Nanango, just after 5:00am on Sunday but has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to ongoing medical conditions.
His disappearance is out of character.
Barry is described as Caucasian in appearance, 170cm in height with a heavy build and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a pair of shorts and with multiple scratches.
Police are urging Barry, or anyone with information about his whereabouts, to contact them on Police Link 13-14-44.
