A free forum to discuss the future of sustainable agriculture will be hosted by AgForce South-East Queensland at Moffatdale next week.
The focus will be on the “business of farming” and the evolving approach to agricultural innovations and farming practices.
AgForce South-East president Belinda Callanan said the guest speakers would include Meat and Livestock Australia managing director Jason Strong, GRDC Senior Regional Manager North Gillian Meppem and Ben Waters, from FTI Consulting in Sydney.
The forum will be held from from 11:30am on March 10 at Dusty Hill Winery and lunch will be served on arrival.

The South Burnett Grazing Network, Burnett Mary Regional Group and the National Landcare Program will be hosting a free forum on Regenerative Grazing on March 25 at Kingaroy Town Hall.
Guest speaker will be Terry McCosker, co-founder of RCS (Resource Consulting Services) and a pioneer in the field of soil carbon and carbon farming.
The event will start at 6:00pm, and tea and coffee will be available.
