Paramedics assessed two men and a teenage boy after a single-vehicle crash at Benarkin in the early hours of Wednesday.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Williams Road at 4:14am.
A man, aged in his 20s, was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with elbow, rib and neck injuries.
A QAS spokesperson said the second man, also aged in his 20s, and the teenager did not require transport to hospital.
