Three people were injured – one seriously – in a collision between two vehicles on the Bunya Highway at Crawford on Saturday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near Booie-Crawford Road, at 8:29am.
QAS paramedics assessed three people at the scene before transporting them to Kingaroy Hospital.
Two patients were in a stable condition, while a third – believed to be a woman – was transported in a serious condition.

Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash which occurred on the D’Aguilar Highway at Stony Creek – west of Woodford – on Friday morning.
Initial investigations indicate a Toyota LandCruiser and a Mitsubishi Triton collided head-on about 10:20am after the Triton swerved to avoid a traffic hazard.
The 51-year-old male driver of the LandCruiser, from Glamorgan Vale, died at the scene.
A 49-year-old female passenger in the LandCruiser was airlifted to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
The 52-year-old female driver of the Triton, from Kidman Creek, was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a serious condition.
A 58-year-old male passenger in Triton was transported to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition.
A teenage boy who was a passenger in the LandCruiser was also transported to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a stable condition.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have dashcam vision to come forward.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.

UPDATE January 11: A second person has died following Friday’s head-on crash on the D’Aguilar Highway at Stony Creek.
The driver of the Mitsubishi Triton, a 52-year-old woman from the Kidman Creek area, died in hospital on Tuesday as a result of her injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
