Five South Burnett organisations in the Maranoa electorate have received funding under the latest round of the Federal Government’s Volunteer Grants program.
Member for Maranoa David Littleproud said successful applications were received from:
- Eva’s Place Pregnancy & Early Parenting Support – $3083
- Nanango Educational Toy Library – $3540
- Nanango RSL Sub-Branch – $2200
- South Burnett Karate Association – $2500
- South Burnett Western Performance Club – $5000
The 2021 Volunteer Grants program is providing organisations with grants of between $1000 and $5000 to help purchase equipment, training, and background screening checks for their volunteers.
