Eureka Group Holdings has confirmed its purchase of a 2.09ha block in Markwell Street, Kingaroy, has settled.
The company plans to develop an independent living seniors’ rental village on the block.
In a statement to the ASX late last month, executive chairman Murray Boyte said development approval had been granted by the South Burnett Regional Council for the 110-unit retirement village, which will also include a community centre and manager’s residence.
The development is expected to begin in mid-2022.
