An elderly Nanango woman received treatment at the scene for minor injuries after a crash on the D’Aguilar Highway at Coolabunia on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to the incident about noon.
Police believe a Toyota HiLux ute, being driven by a 70-year-old South Nanango man, was waiting to turn right into the Coolabunia rest area when it was struck from behind by a Ford Falcon being driven by an 83-year-old Nanango woman.
The woman was assessed by paramedics for minor leg injuries.
Her vehicle required towing.

A young driver suffered chest and facial injuries when his vehicle hit a wall in Moffatdale on Wednesday.
Emergency services were called to Haager Drive just before 9:00am.
The teenager was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
