A 25-year-old Wondai man has lost the use of his car for 90 days after police allegedly spotted him doing a burnout.
About 5:40pm on Tuesday, October 12, police say they observed a white Holden Commodore sedan doing a burnout at the intersection of Scott and Cadell streets, Wondai.
The vehicle then drove west on Cadell Street.
The driver was issued with an infringement notice for wilfully making unnecessary noise and smoke, and the vehicle was immobilised for 90 days.

Between 11:30am and 3:30pm on Saturday, October 16, a thief entered a home in Smyth Street, Murgon, and stole prescription drugs.
Investigations are continuing.
Later the same day at 10:50pm, police attended an address in the same street in relation to a noise complaint, where a 49-year-old Cherbourg man allegedly failed to provide his name and address.
The man was arrested and later released on bail to appear at Murgon Magistrates Court on November 9.

About midnight on Saturday, a security camera was damaged at a business in Lamb Street, Murgon.
Investigations are continuing.
Soon afterwards, at about 12:25am, police intercepted a vehicle on Cherbourg Road, Murgon for the purpose of a roadside breath test and licence check.
A 23-year-old Lawnton woman was charged with unlicenced driving (demerit point suspended) and is due to appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on November 9.
About 1:50pm, police executed a search warrant on a Lower Red Hill Road, Wondai. During the search, police allegedly located a quantity of cannabis, cannabis plants and drug utensils.
A 57-year-old Wondai man was issued with a notice to appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on November 23 charged with producing drugs and possessing drugs and drug utensils.

At some time between 4:00pm on October 20 and 8:13am on October 21, unknown offenders broke into a business in Barambah Avenue, Cherbourg.
The offenders damaged a window and gained access through the window.
Later – at some time between 8:30pm on October 20 and 8:00am on October 21 – unknown offenders broke into a different business in Fisher Street, Cherbourg.
The offenders caused damage to a wooden security door frame in an attempt to gain entry, then damaged the adjacent security window mesh by removing it from its frame.
It is unknown if any property was taken in either incident, but investigations are continuing.

Between 3:05am and 7:00am on Thursday, October 21, unknown offenders gained unlawful entry to a hospital facility in Cherbourg and damaged a flyscreen.
It is unknown if any items were taken, and investigations are continuing.
Later the same day, about 5:50pm, a business was broken into in Macalister Street, Murgon. Two 12-year-old Murgon boys have been charged with enter premises and commit indictable offence and will appear in Murgon Children’s Magistrates Court.

At some time between 11:00am and 5.45pm on Sunday, October 24, unknown offenders attended a property on Morgans Road at Windera and damaged a star picket on a gate which secured a cattle enclosure.
This damage caused the cattle to wander out of their enclosure.
Investigations are continuing.

About 3:15pm on Saturday, October 30, a rock was thrown at a vehicle parked at Cherbourg State School.
The passenger side mirror was smashed.
Investigations are continuing.
Later the same day, about 11:00pm, a 32-year-old Cherbourg man was evicted from a Murgon hotel due to alleged disorderly behaviour.
The man allegedly re-entered the premises and was removed again, and when police arrived it is alleged the man continued to be disorderly and failed to comply with directions.
He was subsequently arrested and charged with refuse entry to licenced premises, commit public nuisance and obstructing a police officer.
The man was bailed to appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on November 23.
