There will be displays by local State Emergency Service groups in the South Burnett to mark SES Week, which starts this Saturday and runs until October 17.
On Saturday, October 16, SES volunteers will be at:
- SPAR Supermarket in Proston, from 10:00am to noon
- Kingaroy Shoppingworld, near Best and Less, from 9:00am to 4:00pm
A South Burnett Regional Council spokesperson extended Council’s appreciation and thanks for the hard work and outstanding efforts of the SES staff and volunteers.
“We encourage the community to stop, say hello and have a chat with the members,” the spokesperson said.
