A woman charged with stalking South Burnett councillor Scott Henschen will face trial in the District Court early next year.
Judith Ann Schulz, from Tingoora, appeared briefly in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Monday morning for a mention of charges against her alleging breaches of bail.
These charges will be mentioned again in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 13.
The more serious charges of stalking were dealt with by a registry committal last week to the District Court.
This is an administrative process that replaces the need for a committal hearing in the Magistrates Court if both parties agree.
Schulz was not required to enter a plea.
Her defence counsel told Magistrate Andrew Sinclair on Monday that a trial could not occur until the District Court sittings in February or March next year.
Schulz’s bail was continued and her attendance on December 13 was excused.
