A woman charged with stalking a South Burnett councillor has been released on bail.
Judith Ann Schulz, 57, from Tingoora, appeared via videolink in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Monday.
She has been held in custody since bail was refused on July 8.
At that time, police alleged Ms Schulz had breached the conditions upon which she was released at an earlier hearing.
In May, she was charged with two counts of extortion and one count of unlawful stalking involving Cr Scott Henschen.
She later faced a new charge of stalking as well as allegations she had breached her bail conditions.
On Monday, Magistrate Andrew Sinclair granted Ms Schulz new bail, again under strict conditions, after the prosecution failed to produce a brief of evidence by their August 12 deadline.
Ms Schulz is due to appear back in court on September 27.
