Former South Burnett residents are making a big mark outside the region … two more examples came across our desk at southburnett.com.au recently.
The careers of Raymond Pearson and Amie Mason are both blossoming in NSW.

Raymond Pearson, who was raised on a cattle property at Tingoora, was recently appointed deputy principal of the prestigious The Armidale School in NSW.
Mr Pearson, who will begin his new role in 2022, was previously Deputy Head of Senior School at St Peter’s College in Adelaide.
His first teaching post was at Townsville Grammar School.

Amie Mason, who grew up in Kingaroy, has been awarded an Australian Institute of Landscape Architects Future Leader award in NSW.
Amie, who graduated with a Bachelor of Design (Landscape Architecture, Honours) from QUT in 2018, was recognised for a submission on urban greening, heat and climate-responsive design.
