Two collisions occurred within minutes of each other near Coolabunia State School on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the initial crash on Gipps Street at 10:37am.
While paramedics were at the scene assessing patients from the first crash, a second incident occurred.
One patient was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
A QAS spokesperson said all other patients declined transport.

Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire which destroyed a small mini-digger at a property on Greenwood Creek Road, Nanango, on Thursday night.
A fire crew was despatched to the scene at 10:10pm.
They found the digger ablaze outside a shed.
After extinguishing the flames, firefighters mopped up some hotspots and made the area safe.
