BIEDO – the Burnett Inland Economic Development Organisation – will be reaching out to businesses in Blackbutt and Wondai soon as part of their regular roadtrip series.
BIEDO economic development officer Olivia Everitt said the Blackbutt visit, on May 18, will start with a grant writing workshop – covering the fundamentals – from 10:00am to 12:30pm at the Blackbutt Memorial Hall.
This will be followed by an opportunity for businesspeople to catch up with BIEDO representatives until 4:00pm.
The Wondai visit, on May 25, will follow a similar format with a grant writing workshop at The Studio, in Wondai Art Gallery, from 10:00am to 12:30pm which will take a deeper look at grant writing, including budget preparation.
This will be followed by more meetings with local businesspeople.
