UPDATED: The missing boy has been located safe and well.
EARLIER: Police are appealing for public assistance to find a 16-year-old boy reported missing from the South Burnett.
The teenager was last seen leaving a Steven Street home in Benarkin on Sunday afternoon (March 14).
Police and family hold concern for his welfare as the behaviour is out of character.
He is described as Caucasian, about 170cm tall, of slim build with brown hair and brown eyes.
