A 47-year-old Forestdale man suffered a serious head injury when his ute flipped on its side on the D’Aguilar Highway near Benarkin on Sunday night.
Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash at 9:39pm.
A QAS spokesperson said the man was transported in a serious but stable condition to Kingaroy Hospital before being airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
Investigations are continuing.

A woman was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after being bitten on the ankle by a snake on Sunday evening.
QAS paramedics were called to Bunya Mountains Road at 6:16pm.
