A 13-year-old boy has been charged with multiple break-and-enters and vehicle stealing offences after an incident in Murgon on November 20.
Police will allege the boy entered a home at 3:00am via a window and stole sets of car and house keys.
They allege he returned the following night and took a vehicle from the same address.
The Cherbourg boy will appear in Nanango Children’s Court.

Police are investigating an incident at Cherbourg on November 15 during which a vehicle was stolen.
The vehicle was taken at 1:00am by unknown people. At 8:00am, it evaded police.
The vehicle was located later the same day.

Drugs
- A 50-year-old Murgon woman will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on December 15 charged with possessing and producing dangerous drugs after police searched a house in Murgon on November 11.
- Three people have been charged after police searched a house in Cherbourg on November 12. A 42-year-old Cherbourg man was charged with drug possession. An 18-year-old Cherbourg man was charged with possessing drugs and a drug utensil. A 23-year-old Cherbourg man was charged with possessing drugs, a drug utensil and restricted liquor. The three will all appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on December 16.

- November 15 – A 19-year-old Murgon woman will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on December 8, charged with unlicensed driving after police stopped a driver on Boat Mountain Road at 7:45am for a breath test.
- November 19 – A 39-year-old Murgon man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on December 8 charged with drink-driving after police pulled over a vehicle in Jefferies Street at 2:00am.
- November 20 – A 47-year-old Woodridge man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on December 15 charged with drink-driving and driving while unlicensed after police intercepted a vehicle on the Bunya Highway, Murgon, at 6:40am for a breath test. The man’s licence plates were also confiscated for 90 days.
- November 21 – A 46-year-old Cloyna man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on December 15 charged with drink-driving after police stopped a vehicle on Murgon-Gayndah Road at Murgon at 1:00am.
- November 21 – A 23-year-old Wondai man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on December 8 charged with drink-driving after police stopped a vehicle on the Bunya Highway at Wondai at 1:20am for an RBT.
- November 21 – A 49-year-old Murgon woman will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on December 8 charged with driving while disqualified after police pulled over her vehicle at 2:00am in Cobb Street, Murgon.

Police from Murgon, Cherbourg and Wondai responded to a variety of incidents between November 10-21 including drug, traffic and property offences. They also attended 28 calls related to domestic violence, issued five infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 650 roadside breath tests.
